DELIVERY OF LOTS :

> In the auction room on the day of the sale until 7:00 pm after payment of the consignment note.

> At the Drouot warehouse (6 bis rue Rossini 75009 PARIS) the day after the sale: Storage conditions and rates sent on request: contact@kahnetassocies.com

Take advantage of Drouot's storage service Lots may be collected free of charge from the auction room until 7 pm on the evening of the sale and between 8 am and 10 am the following day. After this time, lots not picked up by the Sale Operator are stored at DROUOT MAGASINAGE, at the following rates* : - Storage and insurance costs/lot: from the 3rd working day, depending on the nature of the lot. After one calendar year, lots will be stored outside the warehouse. Please note: lots will only be released on presentation of the receipted sales slip and/or the sales label. Payment for lots must be made within 6 days of the sale by credit card (Visa or Master Card) on our secure website https://www.kahnetassocies.com/paiement-en-ligne, in cash (up to €1,000 for French nationals, fees and taxes included) when collecting the lots, or by bank transfer (on each auction slip). "All auction slips that remain unpaid to KAHN & ASSOCIES and/or SELAS DAVID KAHN, or that are subject to late payment, may be registered in the TEMIS File.
