VOLUNTARY FEES: 30 % inc. VAT (Registration fees are included in the study fees).

JUDICIAL FEES: 14.28 % inc. VAT lots preceded by * + live registration fees 1.5 % excl.

Gold lots are sold by designation, not on display (For security reasons, gold lots are kept in a bank vault).

A deposit of 10% from a €1 ceiling is required to register for the sale LIVE. This deposit takes effect from 27.05.26 at 12:00 noon. It is automatically returned to those who have not received a lot at the sale.

Payment for lots must be made within 6 days of the sale by credit card (Visa or Master Card) on our secure website https://www.kahnetassocies.com/paiement-en-ligne, in cash (up to €1,000 for French nationals, including taxes and fees) when collecting the lots, or by bank transfer (on each auction slip). "All auction slips that remain unpaid to KAHN & ASSOCIES and/or SELAS DAVID KAHN, or that are subject to late payment, may be registered in the TEMIS File.
