DEPOSIT: A €50 deposit is required to finalize registration, and will be taken into account from April 04 at 12:00 pm. This deposit is automatically released if you are not the successful bidder.

The reproductions of the works in the catalogs are as faithful as possible, although differences in color or tone may occur. Dimensions are given as an indication only. Any changes to the conditions of sale or catalog descriptions will be announced verbally during the sale and noted on the minutes.

COLLECTION OF LOTS :

Collection of lots will take place on July 28 and 29, 2025, by appointment only, on presentation of the paid bill of sale and proof of identity. The address will be given to buyers after payment of their consignment note. After these two dates, lots will be kept in storage (place to be defined) until September (closed in August) with a storage fee of 10 euros per day and per lot.

Payment for lots must be made within 6 days of the sale by credit card (Visa or Master Card) on our secure website https://www.kahnetassocies.com/paiement-en-ligne, in cash (up to €1,000 for French nationals, fees and taxes included) when collecting the lots, or by bank transfer (on each auction slip). "All auction slips that remain unpaid to KAHN & ASSOCIES and/or SELAS DAVID KAHN, or that are subject to late payment, may be registered in the TEMIS File.

FIGHT AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING AND THE FINANCING OF TERRORISM:

All purchasers will be asked to provide KAHN & ASSOCIES with a copy of a valid identity document, proof of address, KBIS or registration with the Commercial Court for professionals. You may be asked to provide proof of the origin of the funds used to pay the bill.
